Portfolio purpose

This website presents Unipire Studio’s design services and concept work. You may browse it and contact the studio for lawful business purposes.

Concept demonstrations

Greenway Landscaping, NexaCore IT, Circle & Blade, Forge Athletic, and Vela Coastal Kitchen are portfolio concepts. Their names, contact details, pricing, staff, testimonials, addresses, schedules, forms, and offers are demonstrations and should not be treated as real businesses or transactions.

Project inquiries

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve a project date, or establish a final price. A project begins only after both parties agree to written terms covering the scope, payment, revisions, timeline, responsibilities, and ownership. For accepted projects, a 50% upfront deposit reserves the project slot. The remaining 50% balance is due after final design approval and before the website is launched, transferred, or delivered for production use.

Revisions and additional work

A revision round means one organized list of requested changes submitted at the same time. The Focused Launch Page includes one revision round, while the Small Business Website includes three. Advanced projects include the number of rounds stated in their written proposal, up to three unless otherwise agreed. New pages, new features, a new design direction, replacement content, or requests outside the approved scope are additional work and require a separate written quote.

Package limits and outside costs

Displayed package prices cover only the items specifically listed on the Services page. Domain registration, paid hosting, paid software, third-party platform charges, ongoing maintenance, copywriting, booking systems, e-commerce systems, and other advanced functionality are not included unless stated in the written project agreement.

Intellectual property

The original portfolio design, branding, and copy may not be copied, republished, or presented as another person’s work without permission. Third-party photographs, platform names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to their own terms.

Outside services and links

This website may link to social networks, email services, image providers, or other websites. Unipire Studio does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.

No warranties

The website is provided for general information and portfolio demonstration. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it accurate and available, it is provided “as is” without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unipire Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from using or being unable to use this portfolio website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website or services change. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
