These terms cover your use of the Unipire Web Studio portfolio website. Paid client projects are governed by a separate written agreement.

This website presents Unipire Web Studio’s design services and concept work. You may browse it and contact the studio for lawful business purposes.
Concept demonstrations
Greenway Landscaping, NexaCore IT, Circle & Blade, Forge Athletic, and Vela Coastal Kitchen are portfolio concepts. Their names, contact details, pricing, staff, testimonials, addresses, schedules, forms, and offers are demonstrations and should not be treated as real businesses or transactions.
Project inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve a project date, or establish a final price. A project begins only after both parties agree to written terms covering the scope, payment, revisions, timeline, responsibilities, and ownership.
Intellectual property
The original portfolio design, branding, and copy may not be copied, republished, or presented as another person’s work without permission. Third-party photographs, platform names, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to their own terms.
Outside services and links
This website may link to social networks, email services, image providers, or other websites. Unipire Web Studio does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
No warranties
The website is provided for general information and portfolio demonstration. While reasonable efforts are made to keep it accurate and available, it is provided “as is” without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unipire Web Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting solely from using or being unable to use this portfolio website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
